When Do You Crop and How Much Does it Cost?
Friday: 6pm-midnight – $15
Saturday: Noon-midnight – $20
Sunday: 9am-5pm – $20
We do have crop cards. Come to 4 crops and get your card punched and you’ll get your fifth crop free!
We will also occasionally hostess weekend “events” with various themes. If you’re interested in having a private party in our crop space, or if you sell Stampin’ Up, Close to My Heart or Creative Memories and want to discuss having a crop, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
What should I bring with me?
The simple answer is “Whatever you want to work on.” Some people like to make up page kits, and package up photos, papers and elements to make it easier to work on specific projects, and some people like to bring everything but the kitchen sink :) A basic tool-kit, with sharp scissors, a paper trimmer, pencil, and lots of adhesive is a good idea as well.
What do you provide?
At the moment, we’re a low-frills cropping place, you will have a nice clean and open area to work, half of an 8′ table, a comfortable chair to sit in, your own self-healing cutting mat and a light. There are several scrapbooking tools that are available for use (Cricut, QuicKutz, Sizzix, Cuttlebug), plus lots of outlets if you want to bring your own tools. We have a fridge with freezer for anything that you’d like to keep cool and a microwave to heat things up. We’re centrally located and close to several restaurants if you want to get something to eat.

Is there a minimum number of croppers?
Yes, we need a minimum of 6 confirmed pre-paid croppers in order for us to hold a crop. Please pre-register if you want to reserve a space.
How do I sign up to crop?
Check out our calendar of crop dates, then simply send an email to latenightcroppers@gmail.com with your contact information (name, phone number, email) and choice of cropping date. Once we confirm that we’ll be holding crop that day, we will send you an email requesting payment. Payment can be made either via check or Paypal. Our crops need to be prepaid in order for us to hold your space. Payment is required 48 hours prior to the crop in order to confirm your spot. Please remember that we need to have at least 6 confirmed croppers to hold a crop. We will occasionally have open spaces, so please check with us if you are available at the last minute… If there’s a crop being held, and there’s a space available, you’re welcome to come. Walk-in croppers only may pay with cash at the crop (correct change, please).
Do I have to scrapbook? Can I bring my knitting, quilting, beading, or <insert some sort of paper or other type of crafting here>?
Of course you can. If you scrapbook, but your best friend knits, tell her to bring her needles and yarn and come on down. Feel like working on your latest beaded necklace, bring that too. We do not discriminate here! We only ask that if your project makes a huge mess (that can’t be cleaned up easily with a vacuum and some cleaning wipes) or creates an unpleasant odor to please leave that at home. :D
